ExpressDesk is a browser-based interface into TurnOver's Helpdesk System, designed specifically for your end users. Your customers can now point their Web browsers directly at your support site to enter, review, and track requests in your TurnOver Helpdesk projects. There is no client software to install and maintain on their systems.

While this product is highly customizable, this site will show you how it looks and feels "out of the box". There have been some minor customizations made to what you see on some screens by use of the application user interface (or UI Group). The UI Group determines what fields are seen on the various screens as well as which fields are able to be updated.
